We charge a fairer real estate commission fee of 2% plus GST.

We've created a more efficient real estate agency model which means we can offer a more reasonable real estate commission fee. We don’t have a high street branch, we compute in the cloud and we work from a centralised listing database so we don’t need office administrators to traffic paperwork.

Minimum fixed fee of $12,000 plus GST applies.
