Our website goes gang busters on Google and we’ve split Auckland into regions and suburbs to drive online enquiry in a logical and vendor-friendly way. Choose the area you want to work in and you’ll receive appraisal bookings from vendors searching for a local agent straight to your email inbox. We’ve also got an offline lead generation programme to help you get you up and running faster.
Our standard commission fee is 2.25% of the sale price plus GST and because it goes across the whole sale price, it offers vendors a fair saving without disadvantaging the income of our salespeople. Our minimum commission fee is $14,000 plus GST which means we’re always working with quality listings. Commission fee splits are higher than the rest of the industry and listings are sold exclusively so you don’t have to share your stock with other agents. Commissions are paid out within 24 hours of being received from the lawyers.
Our listings are displayed on all the major industry sites (TradeMe, Realestate.co.nz, Homes.co.nz and Hougarden.com) and on TradeMe they get double the exposure of other agencies. We also offer extra add-ons so that marketing can be tailored to each listing and all our listings get their own free website.
You’ll get a Google-optimised website with a video to boost your profile and make it easier for vendors and buyers to find you.
We will write your listing content if you need us to and we’ll provide you with local retargeting ads to boost your profile in your chosen area as well as open home signs and business cards.

Traditional real estate agencies are less likely to assist salespeople with listing enquiry and their remuneration structure is predicated on splitting commissions across the agency, the listing agent and the selling agent whereas our salespeople manage their own listings exclusively which we believe delivers a better and simpler experience for the vendor.
Our salespeople have the flexibility to work from home and to make recommendations on the best method of sale for the vendor based on the current market stats.
We’ve partnered with some very cool technology so that you can provide video and 3D tours to your vendors and sign up new listings and execute contracts online. We also use the NZRET system to disburse deposits so that commissions get paid out faster.
