Our salespeople manage their own listings exclusively to deliver a better and simpler experience for the vendor and they have the flexibility to work from home and the freedom to recommend the best method of sale for the vendor based on the current market stats. We’ve partnered with some very cool technology so that you can provide video and 3D tours to your vendors and sign up new listings and execute contracts online. We also use the NZRET system to disburse deposits so that commissions get paid out faster. We like to think we’ve created a modern, friendly brand and it attracts great clients with good quality listings.
